Fairly clean hotel, enjoyed to be just off local shops, pubs, restaurants and the central tourist attractions and city centre thanks to unbeatable and handy location. We had the queen room which was airy with four poster bed.

These are observations rather than advantages/disadvantages... There are 4 parking spaces which are fine for access/egress until the last space is taken as it then blocks 2 of the other spaces. There is however a [pay-and-display] public car park immediately behind The Bath House so you have a choice. Walking into the main centre (roman baths, thermae baths, etc...) takes about 10 mins at a reasonable pace and crosses main roads about 3 times along the route. Room 5 was warm and comfy with a four-poster bed but was perhaps a little cramped, hence the slight mark-down on value-for-money.

Breakfast in bed, what a treat!
The Bath House Boutique B&B embraces luxury with their in-room breakfast service, perfectly tailored for those who want to savor their mornings without leaving the serene comfort of their lovely four-poster bed. The hosts exhibited really good attention to detail.
The parking was a bit challenging. It felt snug and could be awkward to navigate with a larger vehicle. The room was also slightly cramped with furniture, though charmingly decorated.

The hotel is very close to the centre of Bath. Staff were freindly and available when we wanted them but otherwise we were left alone. The hotel had some lovely touches; iced water in the fridge, umbrellas, plenty of storage, good quality hangers. A very clean and quiet hotel that I would recommend to family and friends.

Cute atmosphere, ideal if you appreciate fresh milk in the fridge and a detailed guide to local attractions.

The young staff members were very pleasent and helpful. Our breakfast was delivered to our room at the times requested and was a unique touch. The rooms were not overly large but good by European standards with a nice size closet. The bathroom was okay but could have been a little nicer.
We had a room in the front of the building and was a little noisy since this b&b is on a very busy street in Bath. While there was no lift (or elevator) at this facility, the staff was more than willing to help bring our luggage both up and down the stairs.

Very comfortable room with very good facilities. Really liked the in room fridge and fresh milk.
Climbing two flights of stairs. Tight parking.

The four-poster bed was an absolute treat. Breakfast was delivered to the room, a fantastic touch, and the menu had customizable options that really stood out.
The parking situation was quite tight, especially if you drive a larger vehicle. Some mornings the hot water was a bit hit or miss during peak hours, which can be an inconvenience.

The Bath House has more of a feel of a 5/4 star hotel than a b&B. Free parking and a very short walk to the city centre. Our room with four poster bed and gorgeous bathroom was wonderful. Your choice of breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you request. We were very impressed with this luxury b&B.
